   Our laser etching works best with high-contrast designs. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for logos and artwork, while text can be provided directly. The etching area is approximately 3 inches in diameter on the top surface of the weight.

   How do I submit my customization?

   After placing your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to submit your design or text. You can email your artwork to our customization team or use our online design submission form. Our team will create a proof for your approval before etching.

   How long does customization take?

   Custom laser-etched Resonance-Zero™ weights typically ship within 7-10 business days after design approval. Rush options may be available—contact us for expedited service.

   Can I preview my design before it's etched?

   Absolutely! We'll send you a digital proof showing exactly how your design will appear on the record weight. We won't proceed with etching until you approve the proof.
